Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

  • Day : 01 ARRIVE DELHI (BY FLIGHT)

    At Airport, our representative welcomes you with our Indian tradition after your arrival. You will be escorted to your confirmed accommodation. Check in and take rest after your long flight. After some rest we will start our beautiful day by visiting the local sightseeing of New Delhi and Old Delhi. In the evening we will go to the India Gate for leisure. Return to hotel. Overnight at Delhi

  • Day : 02 DELHI – AYODHYA (BY FLIGHT)

    After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Delhi airport to catch the flight for Ayodhya. On arrival, transfer to pre booked hotel. After some rest and getting fresh proceed on for Spiritual Journey of Ayodhya. Shri Ram Janma Bhoomi, The Hanuman Garhi, Sita Ki Rasoi & Kanak Bhavan Temple are the main places to visit. Evening is free for Leisure. Overnight at Ayodhya

  • Day : 03AYODHYA – PRAYAGRAJ (BY ROAD 180 KMS, 04 HRS)

    After Breakfast, you will be escorted by our driver to drive for Prayagraj. On arrival at Prayagraj, check in at the hotel and after some rest proceed on to visit Triveni Sangam, Prayagraj Fort, Prayagraj Museum & Anand Bhavan. Back to hotel. Evening is free for Leisure. Overnight at Prayagraj.

  • Day : 04PRAYAGRAJ – CHITRAKOOT – PRAYAGRAJ (BY ROAD 130 KMS)

    After Breakfast, we will take an excursion trip to Chitrakoot escorted by our driver. In Chitrakoot, we will have Spiritual voyage of Chitrakoot. The places we will visit are Ramghat, Hanuman Dhara, Marpha, Bharat Milap Temple, Janki kund & Bharat Kup. Back to Prayagraj and overnight at Prayagraj.

  • Day : 05PRAYAGRAJ – VARANASI (BY ROAD 160 KMS, 04 HRS)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive to Varanasi. Check in at the prebooked hotel. Varanasi is one of the most important pilgrimage places in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is also known as Banaras or Kashi. After taking rest for some time, we will visit New Vishwanath Temple, Tulsi Manas Temple, Sarnath and evening Ganga aarti. Back to hotel and overnight at Varanasi.

  • Day : 06VARANASI - SITAMARHI

    Depart from Varanasi to Sitamarhi (approximately 250 km, 6-7 hours drive). Arrival and check in at the hotel. After freshening up we will proceed on to visit the Sita Kund, a sacred pond associated with Sita's stay during her exile. We will explore other attractions in Sitamarhi such as Punaura Dham and Haleshwar Sthan. Overnight stay in Sitamarhi.

  • Day : 07SITAMARHI - JANAKPUR

    Leave Sitamarhi early in the morning and head towards Janakpur (approximately 100 km, 3-4 hours drive). Cross the India-Nepal border and enter Nepal. Spiritual journey of Janakpur starts with a visit to Janaki Mandir and other significant sites associated with Sita and Lord Rama. Overnight stay in Janakpur.

  • Day : 08JANAKPUR - PATNA

    Depart from Janakpur to Patna (approximately 230 km, 6-7 hours drive). Check in at the hotel and after some rest, visit the Patna Sahib Gurudwara, a significant Sikh pilgrimage site. Explore other attractions in Patna such as the Patna Museum, Golghar, and Mahatma Gandhi Setu. Overnight stay in Patna.

  • Day : 09PATNA – MUMBAI (BY FLIGHT) & MUMBAI – NASHIK (BY ROAD 180 KMS, 04 HRS)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to airport for Mumbai departure. On arrival at Mumbai our chauffeur will meet you at the airport and drive by road to Nashik (Panchavati). Panchavati was the place in the forest of Dandakaranya, where Rama built his home along with his wife Sita and brother Lakshman during their period of exile in the wilderness. This place is called Tapovan where Lakshmana, the brother of Rama, cut off the nose of Surpanakha, the sister of Ravana, when she attempted to kill Sita. This is also the place where Ravana sent Mareecha in the guise of a deer to lure Sita and later abducted her. On arrival at Nashik check in to your booked hotel. Overnight at Nashik

  • Day : 10NASHIK SIGHTSEEING

    After morning breakfast, you will be escorted for local sightseeing to visit Sita Gufa, Kalaram Temple, Ramkund, Ganga Ghat & Shri Kailash Math. After that back to hotel and relax. Overnight at Nashik

  • Day : 11NASHIK – MUMBAI (BY ROAD 180 KMS, 04 HRS) & MUMBAI – BANGALORE (BY FLIGHT)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive to Mumbai, here you will proceed to airport for Bangalore departure. On arrival at Bangalore, transfer to your booked accommodation. The day is free for leisure and individual activities by your own. Overnight at Bangalore

  • Day : 12BANGALORE - HAMPI (BY ROAD 380 KMS, 08 HRS)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Hampi. On arrival at Hampi, you will be assisted for overnight stay at your booked accommodation. Overnight at Hampi

  • Day : 13HAMPI – KISHKINDHA- HAMPI (BY ROAD 38 KMS, 02 HRS)

    After morning breakfast, you will take a short excursion trip to Kishkindha which is the monkey (Vanara) kingdom of the Vanara King Sugriva, The younger brother of Vali, in the Indian theology of Ramayana times. This was the kingdom where he ruled with the assistance of his friend, Hanuman. On the way you will visit to Group of Monuments at Hampi, Anjaneya Parvat, Vijaya Vittala Temple & Old Way to Kishkindha. After that back to hotel and relax. Overnight at Hampi

  • Day : 14HAMPI – BANGALORE (BY ROAD 380 KMS, 08 HRS)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel & drive to Bangalore. Arrival at Bangalore and check in to your booked hotel. The day is free to relax after a tiring and long journey from Hampi. Overnight at Bangalore

  • Day : 15BANGALORE - MADURAI (BY FLIGHT)

    After taking breakfast proceed to Hyderabad airport for Madurai departure. Meet our chauffeur at the airport and get a smooth transfer to your prebooked hotel. After relaxing for some time, we will embark on for a spiritual journey which covers Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, three Arupadai veedu or Abode of Lord Subramanya Thirupparankundram & Pazhamutircolai, Palani Murugan Temple. Then back to hotel. Overnight at Madurai.

  • Day : 16MADURAI – RAMESHWARAM – MADURAI (BY ROAD 180KM, 03 HRS)

    Early in the morning proceed for Rameshwaram This is the site from where the monkey army began to build the Ram Setu to reach Ravana’s Lanka. Also, Sita is said to have built a Shiva lingam on her return from Lanka here. Also, where Rameshwar Jyotirlinga is resided. According to the legend, it is the place where Lord Rama worshipped the Linga brought by Hanuman from Kailasa to atone the sin of killing Ravana. After taking darshan of this Jyotirlinga, back to Madurai hotel and rest. Overnight at Madurai

  • Day : 17MADURAI - COLOMBO (BY FLIGHT) & COLOMBO - KANDY (BY ROAD 130 KMS, 02 HRS)

    After taking breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Madurai airport for Colombo departure. On arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your personal chauffeur or chauffeur guide. Proceed directly to Kandy, enjoy first impressions of Sri Lanka’s beautiful landscape on the way. Check in at your hotel in Kandy. In the evening take part in a puja ceremony at the Temple of the Holy Tooth Relic and a cultural dance show close to the Kandy Lake. Dinner and overnight stay in Kandy. In case you arrive in the morning, we can arrange some extra visits on the way to Kandy without additional cost for you. Overnight at Kandy

  • Day : 18KANDY – MATALE – KANDY (BY ROAD 40 KMS, 01 HRS)

    After taking breakfast, proceed to Matale, visit the Muthumariamman Kovil, a huge and colourful Tamil temple in the core of Sri Lanka. Afterwards cross the Riverston mountain area and see the tradtional Tamil Rama temple in Rattota as well as the newly identified Ramayana sites Lakgala and Yahangala. A walk along jungle paths will lead you to Sita’s first abode on the island, Sita Kotuwa which is a small excavated forest monastery and a waterfall near another Ramayana Trail site called Gurulupotha. On the way back to Kandy enjoy spectacular views in the north-eastern part of the highlands called Knuckles Range but be aware the Sinhalese call this area “misty valley”, often only fogs and clouds can be seen. Back to hotel and overnight at Kandy

  • Day : 19KANDY – NUWARA ELIYA (BY ROAD 80 KMS, 01 HRS)

    After taking breakfast, check out from the hotel and by road drive to Nuwara Eliya, On the way visit to Rangoda and enjoy the view to Rangoda Falls. Those who can walk uphill can visit the Hanuman temple erected by the Chinmaya mission. Others can reach it by three wheelers (direct payment basis). Have a break at Labookellie tea plantation and a look to its Mani Katthuter rock. This second half of the mountain road to Nuwara Eliya is the “Sundara Kand” area, where Lord Hanuman came in search for Sita. It is of extraordinary scenic beauty, too. Check in at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya. Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

  • Day : 20NUWARA ELIYA – COLOMBO (BY ROAD 80 KMS, 01 HRS)

    After taking breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit the Sita Amman temple in Sita Eliya, believed to be the place of Sita’s captivity called Ashoka Vatika. Afterwards see the Buddhist stupa at Divurumpola, according to the Ramayana Trail story it is the place of Sita’s fire ordeal Agni Pariksha. The first part of the road back to the west coast will lead through the splendid tea area around Hatton, but because of road conditions it will take some more time. So, you will arrive in Colombo not before the late afternoon, just time enough for a small city tour. Overnight at Colombo

  • Day : 21COLOMBO – NEW DELHI (BY FLIGHT)

    After morning breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Colombo airport, later you will board in flight for Delhi.
